We are committed to help you get the most money for your valuables through an estate sale or online auction.

 

​All Seasons Estate Sales does not do garage sale leftovers. We only want to present Estate Sales that we know our buyers & customers are looking for.

FEES:

All Seasons Estate Sales offers transparent pricing. We charge a commission-based fee on the total sales of your estate. For larger estates, particularly hoarder homes, that require significant pre-sale setup and preparation, an additional setup fee may apply.

PAYMENT:

​

Sale days are typically held on Thursday, Friday & Saturday depending on the size of the estate. Clients shall receive payment the following Tuesday (Wednesday if there is a holiday) after all card transactions from sale clear.
